Distribution Centre Manager Full Time

Choppies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Distribution Centre Manager to lead and optimize operations at our Gaborone Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse, logistics, and fleet operations
• Drive efficiency and process optimization across all areas
• Manage inventory control, cost efficiency, and performance targets
• Lead and develop a high-performing operational team
• Implement continuous improvement and best practices

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in logistics or distribution centre management, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Diploma in Management, Logistics, or Operations (or related field)
• Proven expertise in warehouse & fleet management
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities
