Responding to incoming calls and assisting customers with their queries.

Capturing customer information and call outcomes on internal systems.
Meeting performance targets, including call quality and turnaround time.

Secondary Education (IGCSE)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Computer literate and comfortable navigating systems
Clear Crim & Credit
Abiltity to work rotational shift(USA Hours)
Previous Customer Service Experience
Experience dealing with International Clients
