The role also involves analysing call center data, developing strategies to improve performance, and resolving escalated customer issues.
In addition, you will design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the customer service team.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred (not mandatory).
