The National Arts Council of Botswana (NACB) is a body corporate established under the National Arts Council of Botswana Act, No. 10 of 2020. The Council’s mandate is to develop, promote and protect the creative and cultural sector of Botswana through policy, legislation, industry facilitation and various partnerships, programmes, grants and initiatives. The Council aims to transform the local creative and cultural sector by nurturing excellence and preserving the Nations rich cultural traditions with the goal of building an inclusive, sustainable and prosperous sector.

The Council wishes to invite driven qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens who are passionate about our National Arts & Culture to apply for the following opportunities:

GRADUATE TRAINEES
Kickstart your career with the National Arts Council of Botswana. We are looking for 3 ambitious, innovative, and driven graduates to join our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in the following fields:
• Information Technology (IT)
• Procurement and Supply Chain
• Legal

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates between the 18 and 35 years old
• Degree in:
– IT/Computer Science /Information Systems
– Supply Chain Management /Procurement, CIPS Level 6
– Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Strong academic performance
• Eager to learn, innovative, and a team player

Programme Duration: 24 Months
