Options is hiring a Skills Trainer to strengthen in store performance across all retail branches.
You will drive staff capability, improve service standards, and support branch performance through structured training and assessments.
• Train, coach, and certify team members to meet brand standards
• Lead store orientation for new employees and managers
• Support Branch Managers with training evaluations and knowledge retention checks
• Conduct annual staff assessments
• Identify skills gaps and align training plans with Operations and HR
• Deliver structured training to address performance gaps
• Track and report training progress and development plans
• Minimum 4 years retail experience
• Degree in Retail Management, Training, or related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of in store learning processes
• Experience in participative training methods
• Previous experience as a Skills Trainer is an added advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong ability to motivate and develop teams
